What is coming in from the field?
DeTech
Listening to and interpreting signals: e-mail, service reports, tickets, machine data, archives. It recognises what a report is about and links it to the others.
DE Factory · Smart Methods. Real Results.
We give the experience and the way of working of people with specific expertise the form of a method and an operational process. We develop the technologies best suited to carry those methods, always so that they are dedicated, sustainable and, above all, able to produce concrete results.
For companies that want to make their know-how replicable, transferable and measurable.
A method factory. Not a consultancy, not a software house, not an agency, not an AI company.
From service to marketing, from events to training. Our methods support Technical Service and service processes with the 4Vision platform, the management of marketing and promotional campaigns, events and sporting competitions, technology scouting and training programmes. Wherever there is know-how, we build it into a tool and help it grow and improve with the people who use it.
The method factory
Every valuable professional has a method, refined over years of work and experience: a way of seeing problems, solving them and seizing the opportunities that deliver the best result. We build that experience into operational tools that allow companies to absorb, consolidate and progressively improve their most important practices.
Methods are built with those who know how and refined by those who use them. DE Factory grows out of years of direct operational and management experience in many industrial companies: it is this experience in the field that gives us the ability to recognise a method that works and turn it into a tool that companies can make their own.
The platform for service
4Vision collects the signals coming from the field, links them together and preserves their origin, sequence and integrity. It produces a trail with verifiable integrity and, where required, certifies it with a qualified electronic time stamp. It integrates with the systems you already have and strengthens them; where they are missing, it performs many of their functions.

When did you find out?
The evidence file with verifiable integrity and sequence; when required, the qualified electronic time stamp of a European qualified trust service provider.
How exposed are you?
How widespread a phenomenon is and how much it weighs, against the thresholds the company has set. It guides the investigation; it does not determine the cause.
How do you coordinate the response?
Scenarios, costs, service network and spare parts when action is needed on an installed base.
On the roadmapA method at work
In wakesurfing we read a score within its heat: same water, same judges. In the factory we read a report within the history of the product. The grammar is the same: data takes on meaning in its own context.
The award made its debut at the 1st IWWF European Wakesurf Cup, on Lake Orta, Italy (via Gozzano), in September 2026: an app that follows the event in three stages, a screen that speaks throughout the weekend, a trophy presented with a citation read aloud and a report for the athletes. At the service of organisers, sponsors and the public.
Mission and vision
Perspectives
Reflections on technology, business and the human factor, written for those who want to look at things from a different perspective. It is the best way to understand how we think, and whether we think alike.
Technology & business
In a world of instant answers, the most revolutionary thing is to refuse haste: stop, think, and take what is really needed.

We are teaching machines to care just as, inside companies, "care" is the first item we cut.
ReadWork & method
From Bernini's workshop to silicon: the more the machine executes, the more it matters who holds the design in their head. The stone changes, not the hand.
