Your performance card.
If you left your details at the 1st IWWF European Wakesurf Cup on Lake Orta, Italy (via Gozzano), your individual card is sent to you by e-mail from info@defactorysrl.com, with your official results for every run and the Smart Run reading: SRA Index, the four criteria and the comparison with your heat. You do not need to request it. Didn't get it, or didn't leave a contact? Check your spam folder first, then use the form below.
What the SRA Index is. It shows how far your run stood out against the riders in your own heat: same conditions, same judges. It reads the official scores in their context; it never re-scores them.
What the card contains. The official results for every run you took part in; for each run, the SRA Index, the deviation from the heat median on Execution, Intensity, Difficulty and Variety, the date and the conditions on that day.
The form
Didn't get your card?
Three details and one consent. Fill in the form, prepare the message and send it: your card will reach the address you give within a few days. You can also use it to update your e-mail address or to ask for the card in another language.
How we handle your data
- We use only the official scores already awarded by the judges: we do not change scores, placings or the official ranking.
- Your card is sent only to you, at the address you give. We do not publish individual cards. Your address is kept for 24 months from the request, then deleted.
- Your individual card stays private. Aggregate analyses for the award may be published; official results that are already public and the Smart Run ranking may be reproduced as set out in the privacy notice. Contact details are not sold or disclosed to third parties for their own purposes.
- For athletes under 18, the request, including by e-mail, must come from a parent or from whoever holds parental responsibility.
Errors, corrections, questions
- The results republished in the race report come from the official competition system. If you spot a transcription error, write to us: we will correct it and reply to you.
